Deserres.ca offers shipping within Canada only.
Free shipping *
To benefit from free shipping, your order must come to a total of at least $75 before taxes.
Additional fees may apply for remote areas, for large-sized articles, hazardous products and parcels weighing
over 4.5 kg (10 lb.). This offer does not apply to telephone orders, even if the total is over $75.
Shipping fees *
For purchases totalling less than $75 before taxes, basic shipping
fees are as follows:
- Quebec and Ontario: $6
- Elsewhere in Canada: $15
- Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut: $30

As with deliveries to remote areas, additional fees may be applied for large-sized
articles, hazardous products and parcels weighing over 4.5 kg (10 lb.).
On the website, hazardous products, large-sized articles and parcels weighing over
4.5 kg (10 lb.) are identified as such in the product description. Deserres.ca will
not be held responsible if a given product is not so identified and additional shipping
fees are applicable. When additional shipping fees are applied, you will be notified
by email by DeSerres Customer Service.
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on the destination of the parcel plus 1 to 4 working days for processing. As soon as we ship your parcel you will be notified by email, along with an ID code with which you can track your parcel on the carrier webbsite.

Shipping
All orders are shipped via external carrier. The parcel must be received and the delivery slip signed. The shipping address can be different from the billing address. No deliveries can be made to post office boxes. The payment transaction must be completed and accepted before deserres.ca will ship your order.
Delivery of your order is subject to the terms and conditions of the carrier. If you are absent when your order is delivered, it will be your responsibility to pick up your parcel as specified by the rules of the carrier. Your order will be shipped to the address provided when you placed your order. Shipping fees are not calculated per item, but per order (an order being composed of any number of items).
Your order will be shipped as soon as possible once your order is accepted. Delivery time may vary depending on the availability of products in stock.

Check your email for a message with the tracking number for your parcel. With this number, you can check the status of your shipment on the carrier website.
Returns policy
Exchanges and refunds at a store location: products purchased on
www.deserres.ca may be exchanged or refunded
at any DeSerres store. You must present your receipt along with the products in
their original packaging.
Deserres.ca will accept returned merchandise without penalty for up to 30 days following
delivery (for exchange or refund).
Exchanges and refunds via external carrier: deserres.ca will accept returned
merchandise without penalty for up to 30 days following delivery (for exchange or
refund). Returned merchandise must be accompanied by the receipt or authorization
number mentioned below.
Before returning any merchandise, you must obtain a return authorization number
by contacting the sales office by email
or by telephone at 1 800 363-0318. Deserres.ca will inform you then as to the procedures
to follow for the return of the merchandise.
Return shipping charges will be paid by deserres.ca in the following cases:
If you did not receive the merchandise you ordered.
If you received a defective item. It can be exchanged for the same product.
If the product was damaged during shipping. Note that when you receive a delivery
from an external carrier, you should check the product to verify that it was not damaged during
shipping. If the product was damaged, put it back into its original packaging and
contact the sales office.
If the shipping box is damaged on delivery, do not accept it. The external carrier will return
the box to DeSerres.
Refunds: upon reception of returned merchandise, all funds debited
from your credit card for payment of that merchandise will be credited back to you.
Please note that products cannot be returned if they have been removed from their
original packaging.
Return shipping charges and risk of loss are the responsibility of the customer
in the following case:
If returning merchandise for reasons other than the examples above,
the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges and risk of loss. We
do not accept returned merchandise if it has been removed from its original packaging.
Before returning any merchandise, you must obtain a return authorization number

Once opened, Pantone charts are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
