1. Roll the putty into a long rope, then coil it up on the lids in the shape of an icing spiral. Let dry 24 to 36 hours.
2. Cover the bottoms of the tins with strips of decorative paper. Attach the strips with double-sided tape.
3. Paint the faux icing the colour of your choice, using acrylic paint. 4. Use the paintbrush to apply a thin coat of glue onto the icing, then sprinkle
with glitter. Glue on several beads to look like sprinkles.
5. Fill the tins with candy, then place them in the cupcake liners.* Get ready to dazzle your guests!
