Cobra’s versatility of application allows them to be used for creating opaque and transparent layers, watercolour wash techniques and glazing techniques. The colours offer a uniform degree of sheen and drying time across the range. Because Cobra oil colours offer the highest degree of lightfastness, the original colours will remain unchanged for at least 100 years under museum conditions.
During the grinding process, the high-quality Cobra pigments and oil are pulverized in a triple-roll mill until artist-quality fineness has been achieved.
