Take your creativity to new heights! In this intermediate drawing workshop, artist Kathryn Wadel will guide you through drawing techniques to level up your skillset. You’ll learn new ways of seeing and approaching landscape drawing using graphite pencils, charcoal, pastels, ink, kneadable erasers, blending stumps, household items, and more. A lovely workshop for exploring the many facets of drawing.

Part 1: Get to know your tools and techniques
In Part 1, Kathryn will present all the drawing materials, including visual examples of their applications.
Part 2: Practice and expressive drawing
In Part 2, Kathryn will demonstrate how she combines drawing techniques to create a mixed media landscape drawing on paper. She’ll share her artistic approach and helpful tips for expressive land-scape drawing. Participants are welcome to practice combining the techniques to create a land-scape drawing.
