Take your drawing skills to the next level! In this two-hour intermediate drawing workshop, Kathryn Wadel will introduce materials, techniques and creative practices that will enhance your mixed media drawings. You will learn how to combine graphite, charcoal, oil/soft pastels, ink, and more, to create a series of miniature mixed media artworks on paper. A great workshop for trying your hand at a variety of techniques.
Open to intermediate skill level.

Part 1: Get to know your materials
To begin, Kathryn will provide an overview of the materials. She will then demonstrate drawing techniques with each medium and how they interact on paper, as well as answer questions about the materials.
Part 2: Experiment and create!
In Part 2, you will have the opportunity to practice new techniques, and combine mediums to cre-ate unique artwork on Bristol paper.
