Step 1: Choose a favorite flavour of cupcake (red velvet cupcakes were used here). Bake cupcakes and let cool.
Step 2: Prepare a favorite flavour of butter cream icing (cream cheese icing was used here). Fit the 1M piping tip to a disposable piping bag (or a Wilton 12-in. Featherweight Decorating Bag) that is part of the Wilton 12-piece Cupcake Decorating Set, and fill the bag with the butter cream icing. Make sure to squeeze the icing toward the tip and turn the bag tightly to close. Holding the piping bag with both hands, place the tip directly in the middle of the cupcake and begin squeezing the piping bag from the top, while guiding with the lower hand.
Step 3: Prepare preferred colours of fondant using the Wilton’s Ready-To-Use Rolled Fondant in white and the Wilton Icing Colours. Roll out fondant using the Wilton Roll and Cut Mat and the Wilton Perfect Height Rolling Pin, and create desired fondant decorations.
Step 4: Top cupcakes with fondant shapes and decorate with the Wilton Sprinkles candy line and the various Wilton Decorating Icing colours.
Step 5: For an added touch, line the standard size baking inserts with the Wilton Poinsettia baking cups.
