Raphaël Sepia Acryl fan brush

from $18.99 - $19.99

Fan brush featuring interlocked Sepia polyamid fibres and a long, burgundy polished handle. Angular brushes may be used on the point or the edge, and are perfect for calligraphy. Ideal for painting in acrylics.

  • Sepia: Synthetic interlocked fibre. The arched shape and responsiveness of the fibre ensures an excellent response on the canvas. A more precise brushstroke when adding material, while at the same time respecting the 'gesture' of acrylics.
  • Long, golden brass ferrule
  • Long handle
  • Rapha?l brushes have been in production since 1793.

Care:

Caring for paintbrushes is essential to keeping them in good working condition and to their life span.

Watercolours: dip the paintbrush in water and rinse in warm water.

Oil: dip the paintbrush in a solvent such as taltine. Clean in soapy water and rinse in warm water.

Acrylic: clean in soapy water and rinse in warm water.

Practical information:

Never let dry before cleaning.

Using a hydrating paintbrush cleaner after using taltine or soap prevents bristles from drying and keeps the supple shape of the paintbrush.
