Yes, the prices of products offered on deserres.ca may differ from the prices of the same products in DeSerres stores.

Items added to your cart are saved temporarily. However, their presence in the cart does not guarantee availability, as it may vary according to inventory at the time of purchase.

Add the desired products to your cart, then click on it to proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment information, then confirm your order.

An oversized product is a large item that requires special shipping conditions.

Please note that a fixed shipping fee of $24.95 applies to all oversized products. This fee is automatically added to your final invoice.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

All transactions are secure, and your payment information remains confidential. DeSerres does not have access to your banking information.

Please ensure that you enter your card information correctly, including the card number, expiration date, and security code.

The deserres.ca website is fully secure. Payments are processed securely through the Shopify platform. Your credit card number is never communicated to deserres.ca.

Please note that we cannot modify or cancel a completed online order. You can return or exchange your products within 10 days of delivery. All returned products must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or a transaction receipt. Please consult our "Shipping & Returns" section for full details.

Delivery times depend on the chosen destination, plus a processing period of two (2) to three (3) business days. Please note that a confirmation email will be sent to you when deserres.ca ships your package. This email will provide a tracking code so you can track your package on the carrier's website. You can track your package at any time with the carrier's tracking number sent in your shipping confirmation email.

Please note that gift cards are shipped via Canada Post without a tracking number. Delivery times may vary based on your location, holidays, and weather conditions, as per Canada Post's processing and delivery procedures. If you haven't received your gift card within 14 business days, please contact our customer service by email.

Additional delays may occur if a supplier does not have a product, or if a product is not available at DeSerres. In the event that we must wait for an out-of-stock item to become available, your order maybe held for a few days before being shipped. An email will be sent to you within two (2) days of your order if a product is back ordered.

Free shipping is offered in certain regions only. The minimum purchase required may also vary by region and does not apply to all orders.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Please note that delivery to a P.O. box is not possible.

Delivery is subject to the carrier’s conditions. You are responsible for collecting your order according to these conditions.

After a certain period, any unclaimed order will be returned to our DeSerres distribution center.

All orders are delivered by Poste Canada.

Please note that we cannot deliver to an address with a post office box.

Deserres.ca accepts returns without penalty within 10 days following the delivery of your package (for an exchange or refund).

If, for any other reason, a customer wishes to return a product purchased on deserres.ca, he/she may choose between an exchange, a gift card or a refund. Returns must be made within 10 days of delivery.

However, if the product is not defective, the
return will be subject to a 10% administration fee and shipping costs will not be refunded. If the customer has taken advantage of the free delivery offer, the administration fee will be 20% of the selling price of the returned item. No administration fee will be charged if the customer visits a DeSerres store
to return the merchandise.

Once our distribution centre has received the returned goods, any amount charged to your credit card for said goods will be credited. Please note that products cannot be returned if they have been removed from their original packaging or used.

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for the following products: markers, pens, spray cans, projectors, custom prints and framing, as well as Pantone products, clearance products and gift cards.

Products purchased on deserres.ca can be exchanged or refunded in-store. You must present your order confirmation received by email, as well as the product(s) in their original packaging, at the checkout.

Deserres.ca accepts returns of merchandise, without penalty, within 10 days of delivery (for an exchange or refund).

Returned products must include the invoice and delivery slip. Before returning any item, please contact our customer service at service@deserres.ca for instructions.

Shipping costs and risks for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • You did not receive the product(s) ordered;
  • You received a defective item (exchange for an identical product);
  • The product does not match the description or image on deserres.ca;
  • The product was damaged during delivery.

No returns will be accepted if the product has been used or removed from its original packaging.

Upon receiving your order, we recommend checking the condition of the products. If an item is damaged, please place it back in its original packaging and contact customer service. If the box is damaged upon delivery, you must refuse it. The carrier will then return it to DeSerres.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send a photo of the item(s) to service@deserres.ca to submit your claim.

All requests will be processed within four to six (4–6) weeks, and only if the following criteria are met:

  • The request must be made at least 80 days prior to the event date;
  • The request must be directly related to fine arts, graphic arts, and/or creative hobbies.

Only requests meeting these criteria and approved by the marketing team will receive a response.
