How to make stained-glass with coloured cellophane
Step 1: Cut a square of cellophane a few inches larger than your embroidery hoop.
Step 2: Place your cellophane over the bottom hoop and secure the top hoop over it. Tighten the screw, pulling the cellophane taut.
Step 3: Trim the edges of the cellophane close to the hoop.
Step 4: Cut out shapes and glue them to the surface of your framed cellophane pieces. Hang your colourful creations in a window for a stunning stained-glass effect.
