Stretcher bars make it possible to build a canvas at the desired size rather than being limited to pre-made dimensions. By assembling two pairs of bars in different lengths, you get a rigid and stable support onto which the canvas is stretched and stapled. The Apollon-Gotrick selection covers two profiles: the standard bar for works intended to be framed, and the deeper gallery bar for works displayed without a frame. Cross bars complete the range for large formats that require central support to prevent warping over time. An essential accessory for artists who work on loose canvas or want to re-stretch an existing one. For the full Apollon-Gotrick range, visit Apollon-Gotrick.
