Tri-Art’s F.Q. Canvas Pads are double primed with titanium white gesso. Made with an eco blend of 50% hemp and 50% cotton, they are suitable for acrylic, oil and mixed media.

Hemp is selected not only because it is an ecologically friendly material, but also because the fibres have antifungal and antibacterial properties, which creates a naturally more mould resistant product than can be obtained from solely cotton fibres. As well, hemp fibres are stronger and will break down less easily than cotton fibres, leading to a longer-lasting product.
