Description

Liquitex Glass Medium can be mixed with colour to create a smooth, flowy, non-drip texture, which dries to a high gloss finish and adheres to slick, non-porous surfaces like glass, ceramic and porcelain. It increases long-term surface durability, extends colour without affecting acrylic stability, and slows drying time to help you get more subtle colour blends. When heat set, this medium creates a glossy, scratch-resistant surface.

Tips:
  • Stir slowly into acrylic colour, using no more than 10% paint to 90% medium
  • Works best with Soft Body Acrylic and Acrylic Ink
  • Let colour dry completely before curing
  • Cure in the oven for 30 minutes at 300°F / 150°C
  • Do not thin with water
  • If foam appears when stirring, let the mixture sit while the bubbles rise and disappear
