The Pebeo Vitrea 160 relief outliner is a water-based opaque paste which is applied directly from the tube to any clean surface. It is used to draw patterns before adding in colours and it allows for a perfect imitation of a stained glass effect. Care: Clean paintbrushes in water. Supports: glass, polyester, acetate, etc. Important notes: Upon drying, colours withstand a light wash, with no soaking. Resistant to window-cleaning products.
