Inks

DeSerres Indian ink is of an intense black and very opaque. Satiny and resistant to light, it can be used for a variety of techniques, on paper and cardboard.

Once dry, it is hydrophobic and permanent. The DeSerres Indian ink is a great value.

• For airbrush use, the inks flow without prior dilution, with the exception of metallic colours (Rich Gold, Light Gold and Silver), which are highly concentrated. We therefore recommend diluting them in a minimum proportion of 50% Colorex/50% water for a more uniform result.
• To preserve the intensity of colours, illustrations can be protected with Pébéo Anti-UV Varnish, specially recommended for the Colorex range.
• Colorex markers can be refilled directly with Colorex dropper bottles (45 ml).
• The precision dropper means you can work directly with the dropper and refill Colorex Markers.

Pébéo Sepia Ink is a pigment-based acrylic, fluid ink in a 45 ml bottle with a dropper. Like Indian Ink, it is used for drawing, ink wash drawing and calligraphy. It is diluted with water for ink washing. Once dry, it is lightfast and indelible.
