Studio XL oils offer a more affordable selection, with synthetic organic pigments resistant to light. These oils dry quickly on the surface and allow for subsequent coats after 3 hours.

Undeniably modern, Studio XL oils is adequate for all techniques, from glazing to working in layers. The quality of the pigment grounding process reinforces the vitality of the colours and increases the fineness of the paste. The addition of polymerized oils increases its adherence.

Practical information:

Meets ASTM standards with respect to stability and light.

Dilute using oil, essences or mediums according to the desired effect.

Oils should be of the same brand to avoid problems with blending and drying.

Use a varnish to protect the canvas (it is recommended to varnish after drying for 6 to 12 months depending on the thickness of the paint).

Avoid inhaling particles.

Drying: 2 to 5 days.

Uses: glazing techniques, layering (painting fat over lean)
