The Microperm is Sakura's permanent marker, designed for precise line drawing on paper and most non-porous surfaces. Its pigment-based ink resists water once dry, making it possible to work over it with watercolour, ink wash or any other water-based medium without the line bleeding or reactivating. The calibrated tip produces a line of consistent width regardless of pressure, making it reliable for technical drawing, illustration outlines and lettering. The available tip diameters allow for choosing the right line weight for the work: from very fine tips for details and hatching, to slightly broader tips for outlines and fill areas.
