I use these cradled wood panels for realist acrylic work. The plywood surface is without flaws or repair patches. For acrylic work I prime the wood with clear gesso and sand the surface between coats, followed by white gesso.
The cradling is well made and true. No chance of warpage.
Excellent quality…made in Canada!
The acrylic is Winsor Newton Artists Acrylic, from the ground up to the UV varnish.

I've used these wood panels before, but they seem to be better quality than I recall. I gesso them and then adhere my paper to them. No frames required!
