This 100% acrylic polymer varnish protects acrylic colour from harsh elements. Dries to a clear, non-tacky, hard, flexible surface that is resistant dirt retention and water when dry. Varnish surface and environment must be clean, dry and dust free. Acrylic paintings must be completely dried and cured for 48-72 hours before varnishing. Thicker acrylic applications may take more time to cure. Application may be done by brush or spray. Generally a sprayed application will be thinner, smoother and more even. Rolling or sponging application is not recommended. Caution: Acrylic paints and mediums become increasingly brittle in cold weather. Do not apply below 60°F. Tips & Techniques Use a wide, soft hair brush. Generally, a 1 to 4 inch flat brush is used, depending on the surface area. Apply Liquitex varnish in 1-3 thin coats, rather than 1 thick coat. A thick coat will take longer to dry, may dry cloudy, may drip or sag during application and has a greater chance of showing brush strokes when dry. When applying Liquitex Matte Varnish, apply no more than 1-2 thin coats. A thick application may result in cloudiness when dry. If more than 2 coats are desired, first varnish with gloss varnish until desired thickness is achieved and then apply a final coat of matte varnish. Canvas should be placed horizontally in order to prevent the varnish from running. After varnishing, the surface should be shielded with a protective "tent". This will prevent any dust or airborne particles from settling into varnish as it dries. Apply Liquitex varnish in slightly overlapping pattern that covers entire artwork. Apply in horizontal and vertical brush strokes, so that entire area is evenly coated. Do not rework areas you might miss as the brush could pick up partially dried varnish and cause clouding. If areas are missed, wait until the varnish is dry and apply another coat. Spray Application: Use for textured surfaces (thick impasto, thick textures), where brush application may result in foaming and fragile surfaces (watercolor, tempera, graphite, pastel, gouache), where brush application may disrupt drawing or painted surface. Thinning: Do not thin, as it will weaken the varnish film and adhesion. Removal: Not removable. Do not attempt to remove these varnishes with harsh solvents. Tool care: Clean with soapy water while varnish is still wet.

Molotow One4All markers feature a patented capillary system and a Flowmaster valve, which offers a consistent paint flow to the tip of the marker. Their high-quality, acrylic-based ink is permanent, UV-resistant, quick-drying and non-toxic. It can be diluted with water or acetone, and will dry to an opaque, semi-gloss finish on nearly any porous or non-porous surface. Non-absorbent surfaces are better than absorbent surfaces for colour permanence and brilliance, whereas surfaces that are too smooth or oily are inappropriate for adhesion. Ideally, surfaces should be checked for compatibility before use by applying the colour on an inconspicuous spot. The markers are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Molotow One4All markers are engineered and manufactured in Germany. They are free of heavy metal, lead and CFC (chlorofluorocarbon), and are built to be refilled, in an effort to avoid unnecessary plastic waste. Each marker can be refilled at least 50 times using Molotow One4All Paint Refills, which can be mixed to create the colour of your choice. The numbers on the side of each marker (e.g. 127, 327, 427, 627) denote the size of the barrel, and thus the amount of paint the marker will hold. 227HS markers feature a 16 mm barrel and 4 mm tip. The Molotow One4All range is adaptable and environmentally friendly, as all markers are reusable and both the markers and the spray paints use the smallest amount of solvents possible, relying on an acrylic paint which is 85% water. The packaging is environmentally friendly and the manufacturer has a social responsibility program.

Designed for use on most surfaces, Pebeo Spray is a water-based (except Chrome colours) acrylic spray paint with a unique composition that combines very low-odour hydro soluble resins with very high-quality pigments. Solvents have been replaced by a water-based mixture, which allows for a slightly longer drying time than solvent-based spray paints, and results in a low odour, multi-surface paint (except in Chrome colours). The colours are permanent and opaque, and are available in a variety of effects: mat, glossy, fluorescent, pearl, glitter, chrome, chalk, chalkboard, granite. Application: Apply on a clean and degreased surface. For best results on porous surfaces such as raw wood, it is recommended to apply white or black Gesso PEBEO Spray as an undercoat. After use, turn can upside down and spray and spray for a few seconds to prevent clogging. The anti-clogging valve that comes with the spray is replaceable. A Paint stains can be removed with soap and water in the first 20 to 25 minutes after application. Once completely dry (12h), PEBEO Spray is indelible, permanent and weather-resistant. Drying: 15 minutes to the touch, completely dry in 12 hours. Surfaces: heavy paper, stone paper, cardboard, paper-mache, plastic, wood, metal, clay, plaster, ceramics, glass, stone, canvas, dry flowers, polystyrene (except Chrome colours, chalkboard effect, and granite effect).
