Simply select the Sezzle® payment option at the time of your online purchase. Sezzle® is our partner; you will be directed to their page to complete your transaction.

But rest assured that once the Sezzle® step is completed, you will automatically be redirected to DeSerres.ca where you will receive your order confirmation.

Sezzle® allows you to pay for your purchases in 4 interest-free installments with zero impact on your credit score. The first payment is due once your order is shipped. The next three installments are due every 2 weeks.

The 4 installments required for the complete payment of your order are due over a total of 6 weeks.

Yes, you may partially or fully return your order if you choose Sezzle® as your payment option. All you have to do is return your items in-store with the original receipt. We will process your refund within 2-3 business days.

The refund will be issued by Sezzle® on the original payment method. No cash refunds will be issued.

Yes, Sezzle® is simply a payment method. You can earn or redeem your points exactly as you would if you made your payment by credit card or via PayPal®.

Sezzle® Return Policy - Refunds and Exchanges

DeSerres.ca accepts returns of products purchased via Sezzle® without penalty for a period of up to 30 days following the delivery of your package for an exchange or refund. We do not accept returns for the following items: books, magazines, markers, pens, spray paint, projectors, custom printing and framing, Pantone products, clearance items or gift cards. Please note that returns are not accepted if products have been removed from their original packaging or once they have been used.

Online Returns

For online returns, contact customer service by email at service@deserres.ca or by phone at 1-800-363-0318. Our customer service experts will explain the procedure to follow to return your order to us. Once our distribution center receives the returned merchandise, Sezzle® will credit the original payment method for the returned items.

In-Store Returns

Products purchased on DeSerres.ca via Sezzle® are eligible for a refund or exchange in-store. Products must be returned in their original packaging with the transaction receipt sent to your email address on the day of the order. Please note that refunds are handled by our customer service team and it may take 2-3 business days to process your request. The refund will be issued by Sezzle® onto the original payment method. No cash refunds will be issued.

Exchanges and Refunds by External Carrier

DeSerres.ca accepts returns of products purchased via Sezzle® without penalty for a period of up to 30 days following the delivery of your package for an exchange or refund. Any returned product must be accompanied by the transaction receipt and packing slip. DeSerres will organize pick-up of the parcel to be returned.

Before returning any merchandise, contact customer service by email at service@deserres.ca or by phone at 1-800-363-0318. Our customer service experts will explain the procedure to follow to return your order to us. Except in the cases listed below, you will be responsible for shipping costs and any risks associated with the returned merchandise. Please note that returns are not accepted if products have been removed from their original packaging or once they have been used.

Shipping costs will be covered by DeSerres in the following cases:

  • You did not receive the product(s) you ordered
  • The item you received is defective. It may be exchanged for the same product
  • The product does not correspond to the description or the image advertised on DeSerres.ca and does not suit your needs
  • The product was damaged during delivery. Note that upon receipt of the parcel by the carrier, you must check the item(s) to ensure that they were not damaged during delivery. In the event that your order arrives damaged, you are responsible for returning the parcel and contacting our customer service team. If the box is damaged upon delivery, you may refuse the parcel. The carrier must then return the shipment to DeSerres.
