Learn a fun, spontaneous approach to portraiture with artist Jason Young! Open to beginners and intermediates, this 2.5-hour workshop will focus on play through a series of warm-ups, building to a final portrait made with India ink, watercolour and acrylics.
You will also be introduced to historical examples of abstract portraiture, basic colour theory and intuitive drawing techniques. A great workshop for exploring a fun twist to classic portraiture.
It is recommended that you bring your own reference images (photographs), either on a phone or printed.
Open to beginners and intermediates.
