  • Canvas ornament
  • Imitation gold leaves
  • Glue for gold leaves

INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1 :

Cut a piece of white kraft paper big enough to wrap the gift.

Step 2 :

Ink the patterns before each use. Stamp the patterns on paper.

Step 3 :

While the ink is drying, draw the pattern of your choice on the canvas ornament using a pencil.

Step 4 :

Go over the pattern with the gold leaf glue. Let dry for 15 minutes.

Step 5 :

Write a word or initial on the canvas ornament using the Posca marker.

Step 6 :

Carefully place a piece of gold leaf on the patterns covered with gold leaf glue. Gently rub the sheet with the soft brush to remove excess pieces. The golden patterns will appear.

Step 7 :

Create a pompom with a 1-inch diameter. Attach the pompom to the canvas ornament.

Step 8 :

Wrap the gift with your DIY gift wrap and hemp string. Attach the canvas ornament to the top of the gift.

The canvas ornament can be reused in a Christmas tree!
