Part I : Skies, Clouds and Sunsets
Kathryn will walk you through different acrylic techniques to paint colourful skies, clouds and sunsets.Part II : Majestic Mountains
Kathryn will show you how to paint nuanced mountain scenes using acrylics. The workshop will take place on Saturday, March 11th.Part III : Techniques for Painting Trees

List of materials to bring:
✓ Canvas pad or watercolour paper (9"x12")
✓ Acrylic paints (including but not limited to: bright red or cadmium red hue, ultramarine blue, cadmium yellow hue, and titanium white)
✓ Synthetic paint brushes (flat, round and filbert sizes between 2-8)
✓ Paper towel or painting rag
✓ Masonite board or support board (10"x13")
✓ Painter’s tape
✓ Two recycled glass or plastic jars (for paint water)
✓ Palette, palette paper or recycled plastic container with lid
✓ Palette knife
✓ Pencil
✓ Eraser
✓ Easel (optional)
✓ Personal reference images (optional)
